한국 전통 누비를 떠오르게 하는 실과 원목을 결합하여 전통 가구를 현대적으로 재해석한 작은 소반입니다. 전보경 작가는 전통 가구를 현대적으로 재해석한 목공예품을 선보입니다. 

<아기자기 미니 소반>은 전통 가구인 소반을 현대화하여 작은 크기로 제작했습니다. 전통 누비를 연상시키는 하부는 색실을 나무에 반복적으로 감아 면을 구성했습니다. 상판의 원목을 분리하여 보관함으로도 사용이 가능하며, 안쪽 면은 양모펠트로 마감하여 따듯하고 부드러운 질감을 더했습니다.

A modern, miniature rendition of the soban. Made with hardwood and thread in a way that brings to 

mind traditional Korean quilting. 

Jeon Bo-kyung creates wooden handicrafts that are 

modern interpretations of traditional Korean furniture. 

The “Agijagi Mini Soban” is a miniature, modern version of the soban (small traditional dining table). The base is made to look like traditional Korean quilting by winding colorful 

thread many times around a piece of hardwood, and the interior is lined in a wool sheet to capitalize on the soban’s soft, warm mood. The “tabletop” is also removable for storage purposes
